Excession Events showreel
One of the biggest problems in business today is that organisations steer by their wake. They plan for next year to look like this year but just a little better. The problem is, life doesn't work that way. Excession Events or Blackswan events are circumstances in which the very definition of what success in a market is changed.
My writing and talks are about how that change operates, how to build a culture to see these changes coming and ultimately how to benefit when you are one step ahead of your competitors.

Scott Wharton and I discuss the way in which to be successful companies need to have both great products and an ability to sell them profitably at a low cost. This is a huge problem, and one few companies are in a position to cope with effectively.
